Mathematical model a crystal ball for #elections2014

Local scientists and broadcasters have teamed up to bring South Africans confident projections of the final tally of votes by as early as Thursday morning, when just 10% of voting districts would have been counted. This is thanks to a mathematical algorithm that can predict voter behaviour.
